Refund Policy

Who this applies to: Every product on this website is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so this policy covers every order.

Return window: You may return your order within thirty (30) days of the date you received it. Opened and unopened products are accepted.

How to return:

• Contact customer service by phone at 800-792-1886 (Monday through Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM PST) or by email at [email protected] to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
• Send the product to our return address below. You pay for return shipping.

Refund timing: Returns are processed within 24-48 hours of arriving at the return facility. Your refund is then credited back to the card used for the purchase and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Card statement: The original charge and any refund appear on your card statement as FIRSTPRIO*T8007921886.
